To understand what is Vata, Pitta, and Kapha meaning we must first know that they represent our inner energetic forces of nature.

Doshas are a combination of 5 elements:

1. Air
2. Water
3. Earth
4. Fire
5. Space

Every dosha is a composition of any 2 main elements mentioned above.

What is Vatta?

Vatta is a characteristic combination of Ether and Air.
It represents the moment, creativity, and flow of breath in our bodies.

What is Pitta?

Pitta is a deadly combination of both fire and water, the fire’s spreading and Water’s fluidity makes the combination for Pitta. It helps to understand digestion, intelligence, and metabolism in our body.

What is Kapha?

It is the combination of earth and water, Kapha represents love, structure, and the way our tissues are reacting and binding.

These 3 doshas represent not only our health, or how our body reacts with aspects of nature, but also our way of choosing things.

The combination of these Vatta, Pitta, and Kapha is the strong basement of our health.

When we clearly understand all these 3 doshas, it is very much possible to link the whole universe with this concept, a normal day to the delicious dessert we have along with spicy lunch.

We can find Vatta, Pitta, and Kapha everywhere and in everything.

Do you know what ghee does to your Vata, Pitta and Kapha body?

If your body is dominantly Vata, then ghee is the most balancing oil as it supports agni (fire). It is a must have.

And same for Pitta situations also. You must consider having desi cow ghee in good amounts (3-4 spoons daily).

And if your body is kapha type the you must have desi cow ghee in moderation.

At Hous of Life, we maintain our own desi cows (Indian breed of cows) which produces A2 proteins.

And we use traditional bi-directional hand churned method for extracting white maakhan (butter) out of curd.

Which is heated on earthen pots over cow dung fire to make cultured ghee.

There is a reason why we call it the purest ghee. You must check this out to know why we call it real pure.

Tip: There are also certain exercises to follow, as per your dosha type. Check this link to know about it.
