I have always been fascinated by the various claims on buffalo ghee.

Some say Buffalo ghee is good, while some say it’s extremely detrimental to your health.

But these claims are just opinions of random people.

The facts say a completely different thing altogether.

Let’s take a look at this ghee and all of its real benefits in this blog post.

And more importantly, why is it really not the right choice in certain conditions.

Total Fat: 89.5 g

Saturated Fat: 52.0 g

Cholesterol: 0.19 g

Protein: 0.4 g

It’s true that Ghee has a lot of fat, but it’s not essentially all bad.

This fat helps your body build strength, and weight just like a bodybuilder.

So, how much buffalo ghee should you consume every day?

You can safely consume up to one tablespoon of ghee without any repercussions. Consuming any higher amount on a daily basis is definitely not recommended.

If you are involved in a lot of physical exercise and other activities then you may add up to max 3-4 tablespoons of ghee everyday.

I have seen parents use buffalo ghee to increase the weight of their underweight children. If you ask my opinion, this ghee works like a charm to increase weight.

Apart from consumption, you can also use buffalo ghee to treat swells on your skin. You can apply it directly over the affected area to contain the infection and cool it down.

Some people also use it as an ointment for skin burns. But in my opinion, if you really need to treat skin burns, you should see a doctor and get proper treatment. This ghee is nothing more than a temporary remedy for treating skin burns.

    Even though buffalo ghee is beneficial to one’s health, desi cow ghee is even more healthy than Buffalo ghee.
