I would highly recommend PCOD effected women to have sufficient water evry day.

Secondly, put a glass bottle filled with water under the moon light (especially around the full moon nights), and have it first thing in the morning.

  3. Tea and Coffee. Yes. Hormones do not like indulgence of coffee, if they are already imbalanced. It will be a challenge for a week or two. But your hormonal problem is more painful, right?
