What are the fasting benefits? Is it religious, scientific, or spiritual, from a health perspective?

To understand the fasting benefits let us start with a simple concept of cancer cells, as a point of reference.

Do you know that there are numerous cancer cells in your body?

Do you know that they are currently living in your body?

Yes that is ture. But that doesn’t necessarily mean that you have cancer.

Because cancer only happens when these cells increase up-to a certain limit. Or go beyond that.

When we allow our body to stay without eating for a few hours, in the form of a meal gap on a daily basis, these cancer cells die.

Of-course not every cancerous cell will die because some are left out.

And if your lifestyle or routine doesn’t allow you to really observe a clean gap between the two meals then the majority of these cancerous cells survive.

And they keep increasing.

So in order to allow your body to help kill those cancer cells, you must stay away from food for at-least 24 hours.

And most of the cancer cells will die.

Not just cancer cells. A lot of other cells and living things in your body needs cleansing.

Fasting is to rejuvenate your body.

What is the spiritual significance of fasting benefits?

Cleansing your body.

For meditators the biggest challenge is alertness and focus.

And helping your body to help your mind to concentrate matters a lot. And allowing the body’s digestive system to rest is a fundamental requirement at this time.

Because the moment you eat, your digestive system gets into the action until the entire food is digested completely. And it takes hours to digest and by the time it is completed, your mouth welcomes another bunch of food after a couple of hours or 4 hours.

Believe me, we barely allow our digestive system to rest the entire day.

So, it is important that your digestive system rests if you want to really focus or concentrate. And try getting closer to the greater truths and visualize your soul.

Do you what is the way to do fasting?

Is it intermittent fasting?

The way to do fasting is – having nothing in 24 hours of the span. Possibly, not even water.

Do you know which is the best food to keep your body’s energies in tact?

It is desi cow ghee, or ghee from any Indian cow breed like Gir cow, Kankrej cow, Badree cow, or Tharparkar cow.

These breeds produce A2 protien which helps boost memory power, improve eye sight and strengthen bones.

Ghee from A1 protien results in diabetic, cancerous and bad cholesterol related problems in the body.

When breaking the fast, have food mixed with desi cow ghee and you will feel amazingly energised.

In fact, your last meal before fasting must contain desi cow ghee so that your stomach is well balanced and it helps build up your gut nicely.
